Parameter setting and organizing data

Our software features very effective tools for designing the documentary applications. The user creates an outline to his application, by describing the structure of his database directly in the software under the control of the Armadillo dictionary. The software then generates the parameter settings and the database structure (SQL tables).
The ARMADILLO software packages are particularly flexible. The database structure can be modified as needed, avoiding an expensive and complicated process of adaptation over the time. None of the documentary structures are predefined, which allows them to fit the best to the problematics of each professional sphere.

Real management of the various types of media

ARMADILLO software manages all types of media (photo, video, sound, etc.), as well as their different formats and versions, composite media or media grouped by projects. Our software offers different features, specific to each type of media.

Search performances

The same physical container can have as many logical databases (or files) as needed, in other words one can create several documentary funds with different structures.
These databases can be organized hierarchically on several levels (ex.: collection / report / photo / item).
Each logical database can contain an unlimited number of documentary indexes each composed of unlimited number of categories.
Some of the fields can be shared between several bases for transverse questioning.
Our search engine shows excellent results in combining structured criterion and keywords search (see « Armadillo technology ») inside of one or more voluminous funds.

Secured management of the information stream

ARMADILLO software supports combined management of the multimedia data by various actors (contributors, internal applicants or customers and external applicants).
The dynamic management of the distribution rules, access rights and profiles allows controlling the rights on media in real time.
